4. Pricing

• All prices are wholesale prices, applicable only for bulk quantities.

• Prices may change without prior notice based on market conditions, fabric costs, or availability.

• Taxes, shipping, and handling charges (if applicable) are extra unless specified.

5. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after final approval and payment confirmation.

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before dispatch.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order.

• Orders will be processed only after payment is successfully received.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Fashion Mill is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or transport issues.

• Risk of goods transfers to the buyer once the shipment is dispatched.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• As this is a bulk wholesale business, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

• Any issues such as manufacturing defects or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

• Approved claims will be handled at the sole discretion of Fashion Mill.

9. Quality Assurance

• Minor variations in color, print, or fabric feel are considered standard in bulk manufacturing and are not treated as defects.

10. Intellectual Property

• All brand content, images, logos, and designs belong to Fashion Mill.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fashion Mill shall not be liable for:

Business losses, resale losses, or indirect damages

Misuse of products after delivery

Issues arising due to incorrect order details provided by the buyer
