    2. Fashion Mill operates strictly as a wholesale clothing brand dealing only in bulk orders. Due to the nature of wholesale trading, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
    3. No General Returns
    4. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, overstocking, size issues, or personal preference. Buyers are advised to review product details carefully before placing bulk orders.
    5. Eligible Return Conditions
    6. Returns or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:
    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items supplied

    • Missing items in the shipment

    1. All claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
    2. Proof Requirement
    3. Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items along with the original packaging while raising a return request.
    4. Approval Process
    5. All return or refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Fashion Mill. We reserve the right to accept or reject claims after reviewing the evidence provided.
    6. Replacement or Refund
    7. Once a claim is approved:
    • A replacement will be provided where stock is available, or

    • A refund will be issued at Fashion Mill’s discretion

    1. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment or as store credit, as applicable.

    3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
    4. Return Shipping
    5. If a return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
    6. Non-Refundable Cases
    7. Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
    • Minor color or design variations

    • Fabric texture differences

    • Delays caused by courier or transport partners

    • Damage caused after delivery or improper handling
